While we take great care in manufacturing our towels to the highest standards, it's important to note that due to the nature of the fabric, occasional snags or pulled threads may occur.
We want to assure you that noticing a pulled section does not necessitate discarding your wash cloths. In most cases, these issues can be easily rectified. Simply trim the fabric away using scissors in just a few seconds. Addressing snags when they are minimal can prevent further damage and prolong the life of your Kiin wash cloths.
To ensure the longevity of your wash cloth, we recommend periodically checking for snags during washing and drying. By taking these simple precautions, you can help maintain the pristine condition of your wash cloth for years to come.
